1. Anti-corrosion Application

 
Corrosion is a common problem at home and abroad. The damage caused by corrosion is staggering. However, due to some defects in the properties of rubber, glass, alloys and other materials, it is difficult to meet the harsh conditions of temperature, pressure and medium coexistence, and fluorine materials can meet these requirements after special processing. It has become a key corrosion resistant material in petroleum, chemical and other industries.

2. Application of corrosion-resistant seal

3. Applications in Load Bearing 

 

1. Filled PTFE bearings are used in chemical equipment, papermaking machinery, and agricultural machinery.

2. Used for piston ring, machine guide rail, and guide ring.

Ptfe sliding block: Due to the low friction coefficient and high carrying capacity of PTFE materials, it is widely used as a supporting slider for bridges, tunnels, steel structure roof trusses, large chemical pipelines, and storage tanks in soil and construction projects. Ptfe basin rubber bearing is a common bridge support, with the development of technology and materials, can also be used in bridge construction and bridge rotation.

 

4. Applications in Electrical and Electronic

 
1. Tetrafluoroenamelled wire is used to manufacture micro motors, thermocouples, control devices, etc.

3. Film: This is manufactured for capacitors, radio insulation and gaskets, and cable insulation.

4. The insulating layer in the middle of various instruments and the insulating material for motors and transformers.

 

5. Applications in medicine and other fields

 
1. In medical medicine, it is mainly used for medical devices and substitutes for some human organs, such as F4 enlarged artificial blood vessels and artificial cardiopulmonary dialysis membranes.
